My problem has been going dorsum and forth.
I noticed it happened after an update and a reboot.

I take a usb MOUSE and a ps2 KEYBOARD on a desktop with Win10 pro. The keyboard stopped working after I temporarily used a usb keyboard...... I was cleaning the keys on the ps2.
I have a possible solution, at to the lowest degree 1 that worked for me:

After using method 4, USB ports are also not working.
Neither internal keyboard nor USB mouse, keyboard nothing working now
